Our Programmes

Three Ways to Help Your Family Get Organised

Each programme is designed for a different starting point and level of commitment. You can begin with any of them โ€” they stand alone, and they also build on one another.

Our Methodology

Education That Works in Layers

Tallowmark programmes follow a layered model: practical document organisation first, then structured conversation, then a comprehensive written archive. Each layer adds depth. Each programme is also a complete experience on its own โ€” you do not need to complete one before joining another.

All three programmes are educational. We do not practise law, provide financial advice, or act in any administrative or legal capacity on behalf of participants. Our role is to prepare you โ€” through structured learning, templates, and guided conversation โ€” to work effectively with the licensed professionals whose expertise you will need for the binding instruments that matter.

Programme One ยท Weekend Workshop

Putting Your Papers In Order

RM 560 per person

A full-day Saturday session for adults who want to take stock of the documents their household holds โ€” or should hold. Participants leave with a completed household file sorted into categories, a set of record-keeping templates, and a clear sense of what still needs to be located, updated, or created.

What You Will Gain

  • A sorted household document file using our category system
  • Record-keeping templates for ongoing use
  • A clear list of documents to locate, renew, or create
  • Conversation prompts to share with adult children

How the Session Runs

  1. 1Morning: Taking Stock โ€” We walk through the categories of documents most households hold, and you begin sorting what you have brought.
  2. 2Midday: Identifying Gaps โ€” We work through a standard household checklist so you can identify what is missing or needs attention.
  3. 3Afternoon: Organising & Planning โ€” You complete your file structure using our templates and leave with a written action list for next steps.

Programme Two ยท 4-Session Evening Programme

Family Conversations About Legacy

RM 1,750 per household

A four-session evening programme for couples and families who want a structured, facilitator-led framework for discussing long-term wishes, family values, and the practical handover of household responsibilities. The conversations most families find difficult to start โ€” this programme creates the space to have them.

What Is Included

  • Four facilitated evening sessions (typically Tuesday or Thursday evenings)
  • Printed conversation deck to keep and use at home
  • Private household workbook for notes and decisions
  • Priced per household โ€” a couple pays the same as an individual

Session Outline

  1. 1What We Have โ€” Mapping what the household holds, who knows where things are, and who needs to know.
  2. 2What We Want โ€” Discussing long-term wishes for the household, property, and personal items of meaning.
  3. 3Who We Trust โ€” Identifying the people โ€” family, professionals, contacts โ€” who need to be part of the picture.
  4. 4What Comes Next โ€” Translating the conversations into a clear list of actions and the professionals to involve.
