Family A — Penang
Challenge
A couple in their mid-fifties had accumulated property, savings, and insurance across many years but held documents in three different locations and had never discussed who would handle what if one of them became incapacitated.
How They Used Tallowmark
They attended the weekend workshop, then joined the next Family Conversations cohort. Over six weeks they sorted their documents, created a clear file, and had the conversations they had been postponing.
Outcome
Both partners now know where every important document is, who to contact for each, and have a written record of their wishes to share with their solicitor. They described the process as "overdue but not as hard as we feared."
Family B — Penang
Challenge
Three adult siblings living in different cities became concerned about their elderly father's household paperwork after he was hospitalised briefly. Nobody had a clear picture of what he held or where key documents were kept.
